The Indonesia Nederland Society has established good relations with the Dutch Government, the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, VNO-NCW and many societal organizations who care about good Dutch-Indonesian relations. This has not gone unnoticed and INS succeeded to attract the support and patronship of a few bigger companies.
Patrons
The Indonesia Nederland Society offers a patronship to leading Dutch and Indonesian companies. Our target group consists of companies with a strong international focus and a presence in the Indonesian market or those with an interest to become active in Indonesia.
Benefits of the Patronship:
+ The Patrons Breakfast: INS organises a breakfast session with relevant Ministers or Vice-ministers from the Republic of Indonesia who are visiting the Netherlands.
+ The Patrons Luncheon: a luncheon prior to the annual conference of INS together with the Keynote speaker of the event, politicians and HE the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia.
+ The Captains Dinner: a dinner in the Residence of HE the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia. The development of Indonesia will be a central topic of the evening.
In general, a patron member also contributes to the mission of INS, organising and hosting various events throughout the year.
Patron events are exclusive to members of the Executive Board of the companies. Other executives will be placed on the VIP list of any public event of the INS.
The patronship fee is € 4,750 per year and the patronship is for a minimum of 3 years.
Partner-organizations
On a regular basis, or on the occasion of relevant bilateral visits, the Indonesia Nederland Society, in cooperation with partner organisations, organizes seminars, symposia and roundtable meetings.
As an autonomous go-between the Indonesia Nederland Society operates in close contact with both the Indonesian Ambassador and the Indonesian Embassy at The Hague and with the Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs and his/her Ministry and the Dutch Minister of Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation and his/her Ministry.
Other partner organizations are VNO-NCW and representatives of the Dutch private sector.
The INS is also connected to network organizations as the Indisch Herinneringscentrum, the Netherland Water Partnership (NWP, sector Indonesia), the Indonesia Netherlands Youth Society and the Indonesia Diaspora Network (IDN) .
